Terms&Condition of Reservation:
- Pay one month advance+2 months security deposit (return on checkout) for yearly contract.
- Pay one month advance+1 months security deposit (return on checkout) for monthly contract.
- Studio & 1 bedroom pay 350/month for water charge. Electricity 6 baht/unit used.
- 2 bedroom pay 500/month for water charge. Electricity 6 baht/unit used.
- Water and electricity charge are included for daily rate.
- An extra bed is available at an additional charge of 300 baht/bed/night.
- Check out time 12.00 noon
- Rate are subject to change without notice.

A Fine Period Residence, which has been converted into 40 units of fully service, luxury flat. Each unit is fully air conditioned and carpeted. It has been tastefully furnished and decorated; Everything has been thought of, from imported English Wall Prints to the colour of the refrigerator and microwave.
For Relaxation, every Flat has its own colour T.V. with satelite The roof garden features sun bathing deck, dry sauna room and cold water tub.
Business service, (from 09.00 to 16.00 hours week days) such as typing of letter,sending telex,and collection/delivery of documents is provided by the service office at an extra nominal fee.
Security is provided by 24 hour armed guard. Car valet service can be ordered upon request.
Central Location, the house can be reached from either Rama IV Road or Sukhumvit Road and only 10 minutes away from the express way to the Airport. (Limousine service to the Airport can be ordered in advance).
Service rate include: Daily Maid services, Free newspaper, Twice weekly Linen service, Dinnerware, Refridgerator, Water supply, TV with multi channel satellite and cable reception
