As soon as we receive your request we will contact your chosen hotel to confirm your reservation. It is our policy to reply all clients’ requests within 24 to 48 hours (this may be longer during the high season, weekends, festival periods or special events).
Hotel Voucher and Confirmation :
- We will send you a printable hotel voucher upon payment via e-mail or fax This voucher can then be presented upon check-in at the hotel.
- We would like to advise that the name on the voucher should be the same as appeared in your passport which is needed for check-in.
